Highlights From Patchogue Beer Project Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 500

We enjoyed spending time at the Patchogue Beer Project this Saturday afternoon.  Patchogue Beer Project opened its doors back in January but today they hosted their ribbon cutting ceremony. State and County officials such as Senator Monica Martinez, Legislator Rob Calarco, and Councilman Neil Foley, as well as local dignitaries Mayor Paul Pontieri and Chamber Of Commerce President Dave Kennedy, were on hand to officially welcome Patchogue Beer Project into the community.  Owner Ryan DiSpirito thanked his family and the community for their continued support.

The event also had a photo booth supplied by Funky Entertainment and featured live beats by Patchogue’s own DJ Beso.

Here are some highlights from this afternoon’s ceremony.

We also want to give a special thanks to Ron Ulip for his photo contributions. For more of Ron’s photos, visit @photosbyronulip on Instagram.

Main Street Road Work to Continue Tonight (5/20/19) at 7pm 46

Now that the roadway has been milled and repaved it is time to install the finishing touches.  The area will be striped and marked this week.  All road markings, parking spaces and numbering will be added to the newly paved strip (except for the crosswalk between Patchogue-Medford Library and the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts which has not been disturbed during the work)

Beginning this evening at 7 pm, Main Street will be closed from Ocean Avenue to Rider Avenue.  Similar to last week, work will start each evening at 7 pm and continue to 6 am.  Work is currently scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights but may continue through Thursday if rain causes delays.
